The AirBeast Portable Inflator is a powerful, cordless inflation solution designed for fast and efficient inflation of dunnage bags used to secure cargo during transport. Powered by an interchangeable 24V 5.2Ah lithium battery, the AirBeast eliminates the need for an external air compressor or compressed air line, giving operators greater flexibility when working around trucks, shipping containers, warehouses and loading areas.

Weighing only 1.5 kg, the AirBeast combines high-speed inflation with a lightweight, portable design suitable for daily or constant use.

Fast & Efficient Dunnage Bag Inflation

The AirBeast can inflate a dunnage bag in under 1 minute and provides approximately 170 inflations from a single battery charge, depending on the application and void size.

Its cordless design allows operators to move easily between loads without having to relocate air compressors or manage compressed air hoses.

Designed for Easy Operation

The AirBeast features a digital pressure display for convenient pressure monitoring during inflation, along with automatic reverse airflow when pressure exceeds 0.1 bar.

An integrated LED work light provides improved visibility when working inside shipping containers and other low-light environments.

At only 1.5 kg, the AirBeast is easy to handle and transport. An optional belt hook allows the inflator to be carried in a similar way to a cordless drill when moving between applications.
