Battery Dunnage Bag Inflator

Description

Battery Dunnage Bag Inflator is a fast, cordless solution designed for warehouse and transport teams. It inflates dunnage bags without needing a separate air compressor or hose setup.

The inflator is powered by a 24V lithium-ion battery (5200 mAh) and comes with a modular, flexible inflation tube. On a full charge, it can inflate around 120 airbags (900 × 1200 mm, 200 mm gap). Each bag takes less than 20 seconds to inflate, helping you speed up container loading and cargo protection.

The unit features a durable ABS body and is lightweight for easy handling. It includes a carry strap and built-in LED light for working in darker spaces such as containers or trucks. The onboard battery indicator helps monitor usage, and the unit also offers a deflation mode when needed.

Because the hose connector is interchangeable, maintenance and part replacement is simple. The inflator runs continuously for more than 40 minutes per charge and has a preset pressure output of around 0.07 bar.

Important safety notes

1. Ensure that battery and inflator are properly connected before each use
2. Before operating, check your battery level.
3. Disconnect the battery and turn off LED light when inflator is not in use.
4. Do not operate your inflator in rainy environment.
5. The air vents must never be blocked during inflating.
6. In order to avoid short-circuiting and burning the circuit board, please turn off the
   red switch on the handle before replacing the battery.
