Dunnage Woven Bag 90cm x 180cm
Durable, reusable dunnage bags designed to secure cargo during transport. With a 90 x 180 cm profile, fast-fill valve, and a 45,000 lb load capacity, they prevent cargo movement and reduce in-transit damage. Suitable for trucks, sea containers, and intermodal freight.
Description
The 90 cm x 180 cm Pro-Ex Dunnage Bag is a high-performance solution for protecting cargo during transport. It is designed to fill voids, brace loads, and absorb shock, helping to prevent movement, slipping, or damage during road, sea, or intermodal shipping.
Built with a UV-resistant polypropylene woven outer layer and a co-extruded PE and nylon inner layer, this bag offers superior puncture resistance and durability. The fast-fill valve enables quick inflation and deflation, saving time during the loading process. Inflation can be done using the Pro-Ex Dunnage Bag Inflator or any air compressor with an 8 mm connection pipe.
Each bag includes a red stripe that becomes visible if over-inflated, acting as a built-in safety indicator. Every batch is 100 percent leak-tested, with one in ten bags undergoing further inspection.
