Oxygen Absorber Dispenser

Description

The Oxygen Absorber Dispenser provides an efficient solution for automatically feeding and cutting oxygen absorber or desiccant sachets supplied in a continuous strip.

The machine uses a slim-line guillotine knife assembly with hardened stainless-steel blades to provide clean, accurate cuts. An electronic sensor registers the required cut position, helping provide reliable and consistent separation of individual sachets.

With cutting speeds of up to 120 sachets per minute for a 35mm pouch, the dispenser is suited to businesses looking to increase production efficiency and reduce the manual handling involved in separating individual oxygen absorber sachets

Easy Production Line Integration

The dispenser has been designed to operate either as a master unit or as a slave to an existing production line, making it suitable for both standalone and integrated applications. A sensor can trigger the machine when a sachet needs to be dispensed.

Its slim-line design is particularly suited to production areas where available space is limited. The portable supporting frame also allows the dispensing height to be adjusted between 890–1180mm.
