1g Silica Gel Roll – 10,000 Units (2 x 5,000) is a cost effective, bulk solution for controlling moisture in packaging and storage. Each carton includes 10,000 sealed units, supplied as 2 rolls of 5,000 in a single bag, making it easy to handle and distribute in large volumes.
These silica gel rolls contain food grade, non toxic silica gel, a porous form of silicon dioxide (SiO₂). Silica gel works through adsorption, not absorption, binding water molecules to the millions of microscopic pores on each granule. This creates a large surface area, allowing silica gel to adsorb up to 30% of its own weight in moisture under optimal conditions.
The sachets are manufactured in Aihua paper, a polymer made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). This durable material is tear resistant, lightweight, smooth, and safe for use with food packaging.

Suitability
Silica gel rolls perform best at moderate temperatures below 30–40°C. While some adsorption is possible up to 80°C, the risk of re evaporation makes silica gel unsuitable for consistently high temperature environments. These rolls are not intended for use as bulk container desiccants but are ideal for packaging where reliable, small scale moisture control is required.
